Different work needs a different shape.
Session exists for what needs to be met on its own terms, not squeezed into a standard hour: a couple finding their way back to each other, a few focused days when weekly sessions move too slowly, a question worth taking the time to get right.
About our practice
For one person, two, or a whole room.
Individual Therapy
One-on-one care, shaped by what you’re working on.
Couples and Family Therapy
Built around the two or more people in the room.
Assessments
Clear answers about what’s actually going on, and what to do next.
Intensives
Concentrated care that doesn’t stop to start over.
Workshops
Guided group therapy for a shared skill or stage of life.
For when there’s a child in the room, or one on the way.
Support for kids and the parents raising them. Sessions with your child, with you, or as a family, depending on what will help.
Care through pregnancy, birth, and the first year after. For whatever comes up along the way, and for a partner adjusting alongside you.
The practical part, answered up front.
On Cost
We’re private pay and not in-network with insurance plans, which keeps decisions about your care between you and your clinician. Fees vary by service, and we’ll always be upfront about cost before you commit to anything.
On Format
Some care happens in person, some by telehealth. About half our sessions happen virtually. Either way, you’re working with the same clinician, the same practice, the same continuity of care.
On Scheduling
Scheduling happens by email with our team, not an automated booking system. Reach out, and a real person will help you find the right fit and the right time.
