Adina Weinreb, LCSW
Adina works with children who struggle with big emotions, tantrums at bedtime, screaming over daily routines, clinging anxiously in new situations, and with the parents who feel stuck in the same exhausting cycles alongside them. She also works with adults who replay worst-case scenarios, avoid situations, or feel disconnected because they’re stuck in their heads, looking for relief from constant stress and more confidence, calm, and connection in daily life.
In child therapy, she teaches skills using PCIT and PMT that reduce daily struggles, while guiding parents to build tools that bring more calm and connection at home. With adults, she specializes in CBT to shift anxious thought patterns and strengthen confidence, resilience, and self-trust.
