Lisa Ellrodt, LMSW

Lisa works with children, young adults, and families, helping build confidence, resilience, and healthy social-emotional skills, and supporting parents and children in managing stress and big emotions. She’s especially drawn to working with children with special needs and their families, and helps adult clients explore their own childhood experiences to build insight and healthier patterns in their relationships.

With over 20 years of experience in school and mental health settings, she brings warmth, curiosity, empathy, and humor to the work. She uses evidence-based strategies in a collaborative environment to help families navigate change, strengthen communication, and grow together.
